What does giving back mean to your company?
At House of Cheatham, giving back means showing up for the communities we serve. It’s about creating meaningful connections, supporting opportunities, and making a positive impact that extends beyond the products we create!

How do you encourage your employees or business partners to participate in the causes your company cares about?
Through our internal Impact Team, we encourage participation by creating opportunities for our employees to get involved firsthand volunteering and supporting community events. These initiatives support various programs such as Habitat For Humanity, UNCF, Atlanta Community Food Bank and many more.

Can you tell us about your company’s community involvement this year and some of the ways you’ve worked to make a difference?
This year, we’ve continued to show up through community events, HBCU engagement, product donations, and partnerships that allow our brands to connect with our local community.

What is one lesson your company has learned through its community involvement that you hope to carry forward?
We’ve learned that consistency matters. Making a difference isn’t about showing up once it’s about building lasting relationships, staying engaged, and continuing to show up no matter if it’s big or small.

In what ways do you believe businesses in the beauty and personal care industry can use their influence to make a positive difference in their community?
Beauty brands have an opportunity to influence more than appearance. At House of Cheatham, we use our platforms to inspire the beauty in everyone, build confidence, create access, and support the communities that have helped shape our brands for over 100 years.
